Hi, I'm Christina Pablo

SENIOR ACCOUNT executive |  CLIENT services |

IMPROVEMENT minded

 ASSISTANCE driven

Pursuing a pivot that encompasses a passion for farming, social justice, sustainability, renewal, and the intersection of food culture to build stronger, healthier communities.

A top performing B2B Sales Account Manager, deeply motivated to build win-win solutions and foster a culture of client success. My methods are collaborative, mindful, adaptive and service-driven when it comes to getting the work done. My objective is to strategize business grow along side my clients, and build solid relationships that can weather industry ups and downs.

Drawn to the disruptive & outlier aspects of human potential, I find the ‘yes’ within the ‘no’ and have fun while doing it.

philosophy

Go, Give, Create.

This is my 3-word approach to work and life. GO is that active call to show up in life. Be kinetic and kind, be energized, be present and prepared to step into the flow. GIVE, in a way that is transparent and generous. It is the most stable and capable way to grow opportunities.  CREATE the life you want one step at a time. No one can do it for you; no one can do it nearly as well as you do, and be ready to change course and rewrite. Absolutely no one worth knowing had it all figured out the first time.

the why behind the work:

I like playing with boundaries. Limitations exist but they are much further than they are perceived to be. Why accept the confines of face value? Things can be different.

And, they are different.

I believe in being curious, communicative, and being of service to others. I believe working hard through tough challenges is a way of revealing brilliance. I believe in taking ownership of one's ability to make a positive impact as a way of creating a better and harmonious society.

Although in a lifetime our communities may change, multiply, dwindle and disperse, no person is an island. Whether we are living in the margin, in the middle or someplace in-between, I believe in equal access to the ease of living in the modern world.
